Hi Health & Yoga enthusiasts!
This is just an initiative to boost our health and immunity by involving in Weekly Sun Salutations Challenge (SSC) (Online) on every Saturday (time is variable according to convenience of participants)!
Sun Salutation is part of Vinyasa Yoga. In SSC-108 we will try to finish 108 rounds of SS (9 sets, each set of 12 rounds). You can opt to finish any number of sets according to your capacity (try to stretch your capacity). If you are new to Sun Salutations, you can learn through online video or I’m here to clear your doubts/corrections (I am a Yoga Alliance, USA certified yoga trainer).
